Flat ABS thermoplastic sheet 1/4" thick is sufficiently stiff and can be handled with a strip heater, table saw, jigsaw, handsaw, cnc router, waterjet. Or drilling holes in them, and can be bent and molded with a heat gun.
Rigid thermoformed plastic plate can be used for DIY projects, handcraft, scabbard, switch panel, protective cases and covers, robotics competition, automotive dashboard, wheel covers, body parts, amp surface, and audio frame.
Thermoformable ABS plastic sheet has excellent tensile strength and impact resistance, it is easier to form and flexible than acrylic sheets. Easy to cut and heat, making it an ideal material for most thermoform applications.
Sized at 12 x 16 inches with 1/4 inch thick (0.236" / 6mm nominal), textured front and smooth back.
